We are a family-owned and operated business and your one-stop auto repair shop. With some wrenches and pocket change in 2007, we had a dream to change an industry that is known to be underhanded to one of honesty and integrity. The reason we stay in business; we know who our customers are and what they want. Quality of service was awesome! I made an appointment for them to check out a noise coming from my right, front wheel when I hit rough roads (ruts, uneven surfaces, etc). Others (dealer and complete care auto service) previously found nothing and in the case of the dealer I was charged for the pleasure. Not only did the technician evaluate my vehicle but the lady who checked me in and Beau himself drove my car. The technician and the lady (who for all practical purpose seems just as knowledgeable) confirmed the noise I had been hearing and evaluated the tire for safety and mechanical soundness. They agreed that the tire and thus the car should be safe to drive, and thought the sound was from the strut. Beau confirmed that it was indeed the strut, is safe to drive, and I could replace the strut at my leisure. I thanked them and tried to pay them for this service but they refused, saying "We did nothing to your vehicle; therefore, there is no charge". That was worth the time spent. So if you ever need your vehicle serviced, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Beau's Tire & Auto Center of Chillicothe.

Very friendly. Great customer service right on point. They actually appreciate their customers. And it's a fair price for the way rates are now days. I had a great time getting my truck towed. And that's very hard to do when you have to have your truck towed.
